Yes. It can be installed onto the outside fridge vents.
You can install the double fan in both the lower and upper ventilation shafts. However, we recommend the installation in the upper ventilation slots, because if your refrigerator is operated with gas, the burner is usually located near the lower ventilation slots and then the gas supply might be hindered by the double ventilator.

You could install the double fan in any places so that the extracted hot air can somehow escape outside, preferably through ventilation slots such as fridge vent in RV, roof top vent in RV, any cabinets, and side windows.

Yes. You just have to place it in vent area after taking off the cover and modify how you would/will secure it. It is very easy and does help. But you might have to lengthen the wires.

There are two necked wires, a red (positive polarity) and black wire (negative polarity) that leads from the control panel of the fan. Connected those to the 12V power supply and hook those wires to the same polarity source (positive to positive/ negative to negative).

Fan speed varies from 45F to 113F, it is supposed to shut off below 45F but in reality neither one of mine ever shut off even down to freezing, they do reach maximum speed by 113F and above.

The airflow blows out from the cross grille side of the fan. It cannot directly revise the airflow by controller. You can change the installation to change the direction of airflow. Please refer the illustration below.

Yes. The “Y” harness combines the two fans power leads. Nevertheless, please kindly notice that the fan cable need to connect with our speed controller and do not connect with others, or both of them would not work. The fan splitter cable is specially designed to compatible with the speed controller.
The speed controller can be mounted on any places. But we suggest you should place it from outside of vent, so that you can easily control and switch them according to different needs
There are two ways to install the controller. You can drill a small hole and thread the wires through. Or you can attach the sticker on the wall.
No. The fan speed would not increase the fan speed by connect over the power over 12 voltages. If you connect over 12 voltages, the fan may cause permanent damage.
The fan doesn’t work
- Check the connection of all wires
- Check the connecting of polarity.
- Please check the polarity is connected the same. (Positive to positive/ Negative to negative)
- Connect the power without speed controller.
Please connect the fan to the power directly without speed controller to test if the fan is running. If the fan is normally operating, it may be the defective of the controller. If the fan is still not working, it is the problem of the fan. Following the above steps, you can find out the problem.

Sleeve Bearing: 25°C, lifetime- 25,000 hours
Two Ball Bearing: 25°C, Lifetime- 50,000 hours
Z-AXIS Bearing: 25°C, Lifetime- 60,000 hours
There are three critical cooling fan components: IC, Bearing, and Fan blades.
Fan bearing defines the lifetime of the cooling fan. According to different bearing types and environment temperature, there is also little difference in a fan lifetime. Following is references:
Sleeve Bearing: 25°C, lifetime- 25,000 Hours
Z-AXIS Bearing: 25°C, Lifetime- 60,000 Hours
Ball Bearing: 25°C, Lifetime- 50,000 Hours
You can choose by working environment and fan characteristics.
(1) Fan environment temperature is higher than 40°C, we would suggest Ball Bearing cooling fan.
(2) Fan environment temperature is between 25 °C - and needs to a longer fan lifetime, we would suggest you choose Z-AXIS bearing cooling fan.
(3) If you have cost consideration and workplace temperature is also between 25-40°C, we would suggest you choose Sleeve bearing cooling fan.
