1-year Product Guarantee
Under the normal operating condition, if there is the product default of the product itself such as fan stop operating, strange noise, speed controller does not work. After confirming the defectiveness, we would provide you the replacement. Please kindly noticed that the fan must be on the condition of assembly, do not disassembly the fan, or we would not be able to analyze the exact detective problem.
Provide 0.3% spare parts
Think of the expense downtime could cause you. If you don’t have the parts on hand you will be forced to wait for them to be shipped, causing days of downtime not to mention the additional cost of expedited shipping.To avoid these expenses all together we will provide 0.3% spare parts for the replacements.
Process of the defective RV fan
If you found any unusual condition of the RV fan, please send us more photos or videos with the defective description, as well as the defective rate to analyze weather if you need to stop production line. And please send us the defective fans to be carefully tested, we will provide the testing and improvement report within 7 days. Once the RV fan set needs to be returned, shipping fee for sending back and forth is negotiable according to different situations. But we would be responsible for your internal shipping fee owing to the quality check before dispatching at the beginning. We would keep you informed the return address, the return method (by sea, by air, or by carrier) and the agency…etc. On another situation is that you don’t need to return goods and we will send you a new shipment to reduce your loss
