Question Match Product: All RV fan seriesHello, below is the differences for all TITAN Multi-Purpose Rack fan, you can refer it.
Question Match Product: TTC-SC09、TTC-SC19、TTC-SC20The Multi-Purpose rack fan is designed to help cool the refrigerator, and we advise to be installed on close to the cooling fins of the refrigerator to improve ventilation. But the temperature of fridge cooling fins would not be over 70℃. Please carefully notice the surrounding temperature
Question Match Product:
TTC-SC09、TTC-SC19、TTC-SC20, TTC-SC22Yes. It can be installed onto the outside fridge vents.
You can install the double fan in both the lower and upper ventilation shafts. However, we recommend the installation in the upper ventilation slots, because if your refrigerator is operated with gas, the burner is usually located near the lower ventilation slots and then the gas supply might be hindered by the double ventilator.
Question Match Product:
TTC-SC09、TTC-SC19、TTC-SC20, TTC-SC22, TTC-SC20You could install the double fan in any places so that the extracted hot air can somehow escape outside, preferably through ventilation slots such as fridge vent in RV, roof top vent in RV, any cabinets, and side windows.
Question Meet Product: TTC-SC20 (Highly recomment because of Waterproof function)、TTC-SC09、TTC-SC19Yes. You just have to place it in vent area after taking off the cover and modify how you would/will secure it. It is very easy and does help. But you might have to lengthen the wires. We have a video which the fan is be mounted to the roof vent. You can make it as reference.
There are two necked wires, a red (positive polarity) and black wire (negative polarity) that leads from the control panel of the fan. Connected those to the 12V power supply and hook those wires to the same polarity source (positive to positive/ negative to negative).
Please connect the cable to the same polarity (positive to positive/ negative to negative).
TITAN Multi-purpose rack fan series is designed to DIY mounted. You can depend on the function you want to choose such as timer setting, waterproof function, reversible airflow function, etc. They can be installed on fridge vent, top roof vent, cabinet, table, side window as so on. Below is the differences chart for all series to refer. There also is some introduction video from YouTuber. You can make it as references.
Fan speed varies from 45F to 113F, it is supposed to shut off below 45F but in reality neither one of mine ever shut off even down to freezing, they do reach maximum speed by 113F and above.
Hello, owing to this product is DC fan, the amperage of the fan is low. I can offer you the rated current. of the fans. Please see below. Hope it is clear for you. Thank you.TTC-SC09(A) 90mm is 0.48 A.
TTC-SC09(B) 120mm is 0.56 A.
TTC-SC09(C) 140mm is 0.8 A.
Maximum Output Current of the speed controller is 1A.
The airflow blows out from the cross grille side of the fan. It cannot directly revise the airflow by controller. You can change the installation to change the direction of airflow. Please refer the illustration below.
No. Please do not attempt to revise the polarity. It would not change airflow by revising the polarity. It will only cause permanent damage to the fan controller.
- Please connect the cable to the same polarity (positive to positive/ negative to negative)
- Do not attempt to revise polarity to change the airflow direction. It would not revise the airflow direction. It will only cause permanent damage to the fan controller.
- The fan is only 12 voltages, please do not connect over 12 voltages, or it may cause permanent damage.
Where is the best place to locate the temperature probe?Owing to the probe is to detect outside air temperature, we suggest you could place the sensor near about an inch from the highest of heating rising. But you may research the heat of your place to ensure the proper placement.
Yes. The “Y” harness combines the two fans power leads. Nevertheless, please kindly notice that the fan cable need to connect with our speed controller and do not connect with others, or both of them would not work. The fan splitter cable is specially designed to compatible with the speed controller.
The speed controller can be mounted on any places. But we suggest you should place it from outside of vent, so that you can easily control and switch them according to different needsThere are two ways to install the controller. You can drill a small hole and thread the wires through. Or you can attach the sticker on the wall.
No. The fan speed would not increase the fan speed by connect over the power over 12 voltages. If you connect over 12 voltages, the fan may cause permanent damage.
The fan doesn’t work
- Check the connection of all wires
- Check the connecting of polarity.
- Please check the polarity is connected the same. (Positive to positive/ Negative to negative)
- Connect the power without speed controller.
Please connect the fan to the power directly without speed controller to test if the fan is running. If the fan is normally operating, it may be the defective of the controller. If the fan is still not working, it is the problem of the fan. Following the above steps, you can find out the problem.
No. The fan is not required to be installed battery. It has the power connector of 12 Volts.
The major function of fan bearing is to make fan blades operated fluently. The purpose of fan bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support axial loads. The fan bearing is the most critical factor in fan lifetime and fan performance. Without fan bearing, a cooling fan cannot work. When choosing a cooling fan, it considers not only airflow and static pressure but also the reliability of fan itself. It determines if a cooling fan can run consistently many years. The fan bearing is the critical role of fan.
TITAN have three major bearing types: Sleeve bearing, Z-AXIS bearing, and Ball bearing. All the cooling fan depends on various need, lifetime, and characteristics to determine bearing choice.Sleeve Bearing: 25°C, lifetime- 25,000 hours
Two Ball Bearing: 25°C, Lifetime- 50,000 hours
Z-AXIS Bearing: 25°C, Lifetime- 60,000 hours
There are three critical cooling fan components: IC, Bearing, and Fan blades.Fan bearing defines the lifetime of the cooling fan. According to different bearing types and environment temperature, there is also little difference in a fan lifetime. Following is references:Sleeve Bearing: 25°C, lifetime- 25,000 Hours
Z-AXIS Bearing: 25°C, Lifetime- 60,000 Hours
Ball Bearing: 25°C, Lifetime- 50,000 Hours
