Titan is proud to unveil the WFan, a special silent cooler for Nintendo Wii.
Taipei, Taiwan, May 25, 2007----Titan Computer Co., Ltd, a leader in the design and manufacture of computer cooling solutions, today unveiled the WFan, which will be one of key accessories to maximize your Wii experience. Titan WFan will lower your Wii temperature effectively and make you play games more smoothly.
There are numerous reports of the Wii overheating during extended periods of play, and this is reported to happen even when the Wii is not enclosed and just sitting out in an open area. Due to the overheating, the video processor on the Wii is easily damaged and the video images are possibly distorted. In order to combat the overheating problem, Titan WFan is designed with a high performance silent fan to keep your Wii cool and extend its life.
The WFan uses both USB ports on the back of the Wii, but don't worry, the WFan has made pass-through ports that allow you to use the USB ports if needed. Also, there is no power button as this is automatically powered on once the Wii is turned on. Once plugged in and the Wii powered on, the fan automatically starts.
The WFan is a great product and blends in perfectly with the Wii. After playing with the Wii for hours, the Wii will be still rather cool compared to not having the fan at all. It's really a great buy to keep your Wii console cool!
